So life is good in the Burg, semesters almost over and it feels like my life has gone in to fast forward ive been planing out the next 2 years of my life like the next two months as of now it looks like ill be spending next semester interning at the white house, and hopefully graduating next year. if everything goes as planed i should be out of college working for the Gov. in the next 2 1/2 years God willing. now on to a much more taxing subject, that of my love life that everyone seems to be soooo interested in. As u all know i am not a patient person, at all. i pay extra for over night shipping i cut in line, i graduate early, i cut corners i lie about vip status to get what i need when i want it. Ali has taken it upon her self to break me of this, im sure u will all want to thank her one day if u ever meet her. Ali and i have a lot of history and for once its mostly the good kind we met in high-school when i was still in the states and we became good friends i liked her she just laughed and me and called me an idiot. well now as it stands we are not "dating" at least not this year we want to have some time together in a simi-stable location before we commit to a long distance relationship, ohh yeah ali is a freshman at Auburn University, soo yeah thats about 9 hours of pain and frustration lol :P any way soo things are good we are happy and thats all that really matters right now sooo yeah that covers that. i have been doing alot of white water kayaking and rafting this year, and hopefully ill be able to get back on the river this summer well see what happens with the job in DC next semester. well i got to go study :P
hey guys well for thouse of u who dont know im living in TN for the summer. for the past 2 months ive been guiding on the pigion river, its a class IV river (niagra falls is a class VI) so yeah its amazing all i do all day is white water raft and chill and get paid, any way so the down side to all this that i live in a shak smaller then a prison cell( i know this because i was told by the guy i work with most of wich have done time) and i have no electricity but i do live 10 feet from the water, so yeah its an interesting liveing situation but its cheap and thats good, hmmmm.......what else, well i bought a kayak, thats my newest hobie its the scaryist thing ive ever done thats for sure, nothing like being thrown down stream upside down straped to the boat. lol any way soo thats about all for now ill have pics up soon enough
so this last weekend amadeus, mark and my self went camping at panther falls, it was amazing. we arrived there at dusk, and started scrambling to get camp set up while there was at least some light left in the sky. mark and i set up our ENO hammock tents in the trees on one side of the falls, and amadues set out his sleeping bag out on the top of a massive boulder on the other side of the falls. we got ready to crash at around 9:30 pm and thats when things got interesting, in our rush to leave nobody botherd to check the weather, a weather report that we would later find out read something to the extent of "SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS" this of course didnt phase me because over the past couple of years i have invested hundreds of dollars of my parents money into a rather impressive gear kit if i do say so my self lol, so i was dry, warm and comfortable, amadeus was far from that he was laying on the top of a huge boulder in nothing but his 80 dollar north face sleeping bag that did acctualy end up keeping him dry for the most part. so the whole night or the parts that i was awake for my mind buzzing as i was replaying national geographic specials on thunder storms and the statisitcs on people geting struck by lightning, (interesting side note your chances for geting struck greatly increas when you suspend your self in a tree on top of a mountain :P) so we all woke up early then next morning i found amadeus laying on the rocks in nothing but his long johns drying off lol, we had another motive on this trip other then camping we wanted to explore the area and as warm as it was outside the water was still cold, but theres an easy solution for cold water and that is a wet suit lol so as you can see in the pictures amadeus and my self are in wet suits to avoid geting hypothermia on our 5 mile hike down stream, unfortunatly we didnt get pictures of that because non of us have water proof cameras so yeah.... any way the two days we were out there were amazing i have some pictuers mostly of us jumping off the rocks but im going again next weekend and were going to try to get some more pics......

so, this is probably the first real post ive made all semester, sooo life is going, and ive been doing pretty good. spring break was great the beach, friends, family it was a quality break, so some new things ive learnd my first year of college, today i looked at my calender and noticed i had 3 weeks tilll summer i was like holy crap.... time to start studying lol, j/k but seriously 3 weeks is crunch time not just working but working harder then u HAVE EVER WORKED IN YOUR ENTIER LIFE!!!!!! lol i swear in the past 2 weeks ive put more time into school then i have in my entire academic carrer. so yeah lol, other news i finaly got motivated enough to send im my application for this summer, called the guy up and it looks like every thing is set for my job this summer, and for thouse of u dont know im working with some friends from auburn this summer as a white water raft guid so im pretty stoked about that. hmm.... what eles, yes the mandolin...love it, eat sleep breath any stringed acustic stringed instrament, im accutaly thinking of buying an irish flute, im loveing this whole "experimental" music thing i LOVE IT lol any way im just rambeling sooo what else.......PHILOSOPHY IS KILLING ME! seriously the first class that i have ever TRIED TO get a good grade i mean realy tried (thouse of u who are laughing, im dead serious) lol im doing the work and, nothing lol as a matter of fact im switching back and forth from this page to my grads waiting for my prof to post the grades!!!! ahhh man so yeah.....jumped off a waterfall yesturday, yeah i lived....obviously so yeah lol im planing on going camping this weekend, this will be my 3rd attempt and im going this time come hell or high water, i am MOTIVATED, and if i dont go i will be DISTROUGHT!!!! lol ok this is geting rediculas.....
